Variety is the spice of life and for Julia it’s no exception. From raising two children to selling real estate, from teaching yoga to enjoying art, food, and nature, Julia constantly seeks ways to integrate peace and balance within while juggling life and being present in the moment.

Julia teaches because she enjoys sharing her passion and love for yoga. In every class, she applies alignment, light breath work, and meditation. Her classes vary according to what she senses and hears from her students in the room. She also integrates yoga philosophy and asks questions that encourage to practice from the heart. She hopes to inspire others to inquire within and unfold their personal path as her teachers have inspired her.
